Dr. Elton D. Haydel graduated from LSU University in 1990 and has worked in and managed many VCA hospitals in Texas and Louisiana. He comes to us after evacuating from Hurricane Katrina in August of 2005 where he was the Medical Director of VCA Airline Animal Hospital in Metairie, Louisiana. Dr. Haydel enjoys small animal internal medicine and surgery. He also practices on small rodents, pocket pets, and small birds.
